Act I Skill Merc Changes Act I Merc Skill Changes Rogue Archer
The purpose of the changes is to make the archer more efficient in AoE Diablo 4 Gold, but also general improvement in its DPS.
General
- The increase in stat and skill at every level of difficulty has been changed to ensure there is no longer any disadvantage when you take having a mercenary as a character in Hell as compared to the normal mercenary.
Cold Arrow

Act II Merc Skill Changes - Desert Mercenary
If it was essential to continuously go through a specific difficulty to find the mercenary of your preference It's over. All mercenaries will be available in the two most difficult modes.
General
- The gain of stats and skills in each difficulty level has been revised to ensure that there's no disadvantage of being an mercenary's difficulty Hell compared to a mercenary who is Normal.
The Nightmare and Hell level of difficulty now have the 6 different aura types in the menu of choices, instead of having them separated by 3 per difficulty level. There's no change to Normal.
Thorns Aura (Fight - Nightmare)
The phasing process of"thorns," the "Thorns" level was revised upwards. The phasing will continue to grow over the top threshold until the highest level.
Act III - Merc Skill Changes - Iron Wolf
