NBA 2K7 was actually Shaq's second consecutive year as a cover

NBA 2K7 was actually Shaq's second consecutive year as a cover. The first time was NBA 2K6. Allen Iverson and Shaq were the only players who had numerous solo covers at NBA 2K22 MT that time. The album was praised for its elements such as the presentation of the album, the soundtrack, and the gameplay. There were some problems with the controls, and it was almost as that of the previous installment. The game did not do much to improve it. Although it may not appear to be much, but the design of the menus was widely criticized in some circles, and some called them ugly.

It could be argued that the most successful player to ever grace the cover of one of these games was Kobe Bryant in NBA 2K10. It was actually an significant entry in the series for a key reason. It was the first installment to launch the MyPlayer mode, which has remained a favorite over a decade later. Even though the mode wasn't perfect, it was a welcome addition to the franchise. Summer League and sideline reporter Doris Burke were also welcome inclusions. The game, however, was not without its fair share of technical issues, especially following launch.

Before ESPN NBA 2K5 was released and released, the ESPN license was added to this game in a major way. This was a significant entry as it was the final NBA game developed by SEGA before the company was acquired. The ESPN presentation was certainly the show-stealer however it was gone following this edition. The game featured Ben Wallace on the cover, making him the only player aside from Allen Iverson to Buy 2K22 MT do so. This game featured modes like 24/7 and Association but both were met with mixed reactions. But the gameplay was excellent and it only had a $20 price cost, making it an excellent bargain.
