The finish of the wood is in very nice shape, and naturally has a matte finish. With some simple teak or danish oil, the finish shines great. The glass top is in exceptional condition, without any cracks or chips. The glass top balances perfectly on the table, and rests on glass supports which are original to the piece. The overall design of the table is stunning and unique in its own way. The inside-middle “oval grid” center, really adds a subliminal, yet sophisticated look to this piece, especially when the piece casts a shadow onto the floor. Minimal wear is to be expected, which includes surface scratches.
