Piracy has a long history involving mainly the oceans and coastline territories. Despite numerous laws of shipping regulation and international declarations, pirates are still common in international waters where the former lose their effect. Pirate attacks are rather specific phenomena (Grewal, 2010). These people do not fight for their territory, natural resources, or some civil rights of their natives.
