Orson Henderson who is accused of arson will have until Monday to know his fate. At that time, presiding High Court judge, Justice Francis Belle, is expected to give an evidence summation of the matter, followed by a verdict by the jury.

Henderson is charged with unlawfully and maliciously setting fire to a two-storey house occupied by Lorson Bowie, now 49, of Lamberts on 6 May, 2006.
