Good vibrations and mellow reggae return to the Long Beach Arena on Saturday, Feb. 21, for the 28th annual Ragga Muffins Festival, a tribute to Bob Marley.

For 21 years, The Long Beach Arena has provided the city with a very "irie" vibe, bringing together reggae bands from all around the world.
