The lawsuit claims that WoTLK Classic Gold Afrasiabi's behavior of harassment was disclosed to Blizzard executives, but no corrective action was taken because of his high rank and Blizzard President J. Allen Brack allegedly only giving Afrasiabi an imaginary slap on the wrist as a response to his behavior. Afrasiabi joined Blizzard at the end of 2004 to work as a quest creator on the vanilla version of WoW. He would go on to serve as creative director for WoW's Warlords of Draenor and Legion expansions.

Today, players on the game's forums and Reddit are soliciting two NPCs named after Afrasiabi to be removed from the game. The two NPCs that are being questioned consist of Field Marshal Afrasiabi located in Stormwind, the Alliance Capital City of Stormwind as well as Lord Afrasastrasz located within Wrymwrest Temple in Northrend. As of this writing, both NPCs remain in game as Field Marshal Afrasiabi being available inside as well WoW Classic and the game's most recent expansion, Shadowlands. Field Marshal Afrasiabi seems to be slowly moving out and back in with The Shadowlands version of the game. However the reason behind it is still unknown. Players are playing with an in-game item that allows them to place warning signs on the Stormwind NPC. There are some Horde players taking the matter on their own cheap WoTLK Gold and attempting to invade the Alliance city in order to eliminate Field Marshal Afrasiabi personally.
