I will admit world pvp in vanilla is very WoTLK Gold to me. I forgot how much I hate mages when it comes to world pvp. “But you’re a rogue”. True… rogues can be annoying in world pvp there’s no doubt about it. As someone who mained a human warlock in vanilla trust me when I say I know the pain and suffering rogues can cause especially undead rogues.
The thing is though. In 40 on 40 battles how often do you see rogues wiping entire raids? How often have you thought “well they have more rogues than us this could be tough”? But mages… mages are the kings/queens of these fights.
“well you should have known”. True… still doesn’t make it any less boring lol. I just love how all these mages jump in and even if you /blind them they can just get instant out of it with ice block. Not going to explain more than that it’s just so boring watching mages do their things in big fights. I just… feel like there’s 0 skill in mages when it comes to large scale world pvp. As long as you have someone telling you when to go in and you go in with others and maybe get some focus heals your doing to do a f ton of damage, even if you are partially brain dead.
Anyways… pvp been crazy lately which was expected due to there being no battlegrounds. Yet I have already lost interest mostly just because of mages lol. There so overly popular and populated your never going to see a 40 man+ raid without a crap ton of them and knowing even if you stun them they can just instant ice block out of it and sit there and buy time for the rest of their raid.
So yea… f mages! I feel safe saying this as a manaless buy WoTLK Gold character lol! Although I do love me some ports so maybe we should keep yall around.
