It will include teams from all the major leagues, such as England and Italy, and will boast "deep connected game modes and social features" upon launch, according to Paterson. Right now FIFA 23 coins, we know it'll be arriving on the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, but we don't have a release date. Stay tuned for more as we get it.
With FIFA 23's release just around the corner, EA Sports today launched a new advertising campaign for the pro FIFA game called "Feel the Game." The trailer you see above, created by ad firm Wieden+Kennedy Amsterdam, tries to hammer home the point that FIFA 23 puts you so close to the action that you actually feel like a player on the field.
It's an impressively produced trailer, and it culminates with an epic bicycle kick by world famous striker Lionel Messi, who is the global cover star for FIFA 23. You'll see cut-down versions of it on TV and through digital channels, while the full video will be broadcast on US TV during the Manchester United match on Sunday, September 14.
FIFA 23 launches September 23 for every current platform out there aside from Wii U. A demo is available for the game today, while EA Access subscribers will get to play a six-hour version of the game starting next week. For more on FIFA 23, check out MMOexp's previous coverage.
The Japan qualifiers for the FIFA Ultimate Team Asia AllStars tournament took place on March 16 at the M Event Bar & Space in Shibuya, Tokyo. Catch up with the live stream replay! The shoutcasters who were on board were Tsubasa and BunBunMaru; the latter is a renowned Famitsu writer and former Virtua Fighter 2 pro gamer. The top three players will be given a chance to participate in the FIFA Ultimate Team Asia AllStars finals held at the Avalon club in Singapore for a shot at A$10,000. Check out the photos below.
After the dust had settled, the winners were Jumpei "JUN_Fifa" Matsumoto, Kei "Kuranya" Umezu and Taiga "StanSmith" Kishi. All three of them were happy at given the chance to compete in Singapore and would go together as a team to take first place in the tournament. StanSmith added that he’s confident as he’s been studying the Australian and Singaporean players.
Each of their strategies during the qualifiers revolved around adapting to the players they were given. StanSmith said that he stuck with the 3-5-2 formation that worked to his advantage, while Kuranya had used the same dribbling and formation tactics as in his online sessions way before the tournament.
All of them said that the FIFA 23 Japanese community is small could use an improvement and more events to promote its existence. This was largely due to the Pro Evolution FIFA series being bigger in the region; the game has licensing rights for the Japanese teams from the J-League.
