In addition to a 5th WOW extension, Sams said he has already seen glimpses of the future in the hugely online, role playing game.
"I received the announcement from the senior vice president of development and creative Chris Metzen] of what they have planned for 6.0 I'm obsessed with it. They know exactly what they'll be doing to accommodate multiple expansions to come."
In the end, Sams addressed the health of WOW. He stated that he sees the game staying strong.
"I believe that the future of World of Warcraft continues to be brightand I'm convinced that Mists of Pandaria is going bring life to what I consider to be the top MMO that exists," he said. "I think the amount of players we have and the amount of excitement that they display for the game indicates that this is the case."
Mists of Pandaria will be the fourth WOW expansion. The game is the fourth expansion following The Burning Crusade (2007), Wrath of the Lich King (2008) as well as buy WOW TBC Classic Gold Cataclysm (2010).
