Sylvanas appears to be accepting of her fate and says, "My actions were mine alone , and I accept the consequences" and she doesn't expect mercy. After multiple attempts at becoming among the game's main enemies and committing a series of horrific acts that could have led to the total destruction the inhabitants of Azeroth, Sylvanas will be forced to travel through the darkness of the Maw, in seeking out all those souls who were lost to the Maw.
Many of the fans, especially Alliance players have been worried about the possibility that Blizzard intends to bring back Sylvanas and ensure that she will be spared a proper punishment for all she did. Although she's not in prison or receiving the headsman's axe, having to wander through purgatory for hundreds or even thousands of years searching for the souls of the people she has was wrongly killed seems to be an appropriate punishment, even though it's not the outcome that certain Alliance players would like to have witnessed.
Although World of Warcraft Shadowlands has received its final content patch, Eternity's End, there's yet more to come with the patches 9.2 epilogue and then in patch 9.2.5 which introduces cross-faction play in Shadowlands MMORPG to the first time. Shadowlands will also get the benefit of a Season 4, featuring dungeons from previous expansions. Blizzard will reveal the expansion's next update the 19th of April.
