Diablo 2: Resurrected Update Brings Back the Classic FeatureDiablo II Resurrected saw a fresh update this week that buy d2r items brought back a classic feature found within the first Diablo II game. This feature is the ladder system that gives players a chance to compete with other players in a more competitive mode of playing the story of the game using the characters they've created.
The Ladder game comes in several different variants and is now available to players to revisit or try for the first time , based on whether they played the classic Diablo II or not.

"When you finish the Ladder season is finished, the leaderboard rankings will be reset by transferring characters into non-ladder mode, giving players an opportunity."

Hardcore Expansion Ladder: The hardcore (only 1 time) variation of Ladder game that consists of five acts, and incorporates the "Lord of Destruction" expansion. If you're keen to set themselves above others on the Ladder leaderboards there is a time limit until the close of the year to achieve as much as you can.
When a season is over when the character you created for that Ladder will be converted to an non-Ladder character Blizzard stated, with players getting to keep the items they've earned diablo II resurrected items. You'll have until the season that follows and that's a whole season to get your earned items or else they'll become lost forever.
