One of the most innovative features for Madden nfl 22 from Face of the Franchise was the option to select a real college team and then play in the college playoffs. Although EA Sports College Football may not release anytime soon, that does not mean that Electronic Arts can't take advantage of the licensing agreement it's already concluded. Not only should players be able to have more colleges to pick from, but they'll be able to participate in more games. This doesn't mean that the game should be or will have an entire season, however it's a great enhancement to feel as if the protagonist is living in a college.

However, there has to be something to do even when the protagonist isn't playing an actual game. The story must begin from the beginning. There's a reason why the focus is on high school and college days. That's why the stage has been set, but the emphasis can't solely be on whether the hero gets to the top level.
