Burthorpe was once the capital of Asgarnia was the place where the King was ill. I have a surprise for you. Each home would be an adequate size, include a bathroom and bedroom and would be big enough to allow for living. A library and small museum could be found within the walls of Burthorpe. Since it is capital Burthorpe, the school could be nearby.
Burthorpe's other problem is the fact that there's just one bank (I am not including the Warriors Guild in Burthorpe) It is situated within the Thieves den. Not good for a Capital City. There would be two banks: one North and one South. What city attractions could you think of? What about a Minigame in the Barracks osrs infernal cape buy.
