Famous writer EA is no stranger to Mut 21 coins controversy. Whether it's advertisements in UFC 4 or inspection bombing of the hottest Madden NFL game, the business is often the target of gamers' ire. EA's most up-to-date controversy, dubbed #EAGATE on Twitter, is wrapped up at the continuing controversy about loot boxes, especially from the Ultimate Team manner in FIFA 21. Ultimate Team is a style that looks across EA's package of licensed sports games. It combines elements of dream sports-style team direction together with all the deck-building of a classic card game. The loot box component comes from packs that players can purchase to improve their teams. Those microtransactions make Ultimate Team the most lucrative mode in EA's sports games.
On the 1 hand, it's easy to write off this for anybody without skin from the game. If somebody's already spending tens of thousands of dollars opening packs, why shouldn't they go right to the source and get the players that they need? However, for the players that are active in Ultimate Team, it feels like a betrayal. As Nick put it,"So we grind/trade/open packs and can't touch these PIM players, but EA workers sell them to individuals secretly for $1,700?!?!" It generates an even wider gap between the haves and have-nots from the sport, without even the veneer of players earning high-rated players through ability.
EA acknowledged this in their reaction to cheap Madden nfl 21 coins the allegations. They blamed it on either compromised accounts or EA workers going into business on their own. EA announced an investigation into the misconduct, promising to take action against any players and workers caught taking part in the Ultimate Team black sector. Though they did not define what actions would be taken against employees engaged in the scandal, players will be banned forever.
