Guess I will be the first man to say slayer with this thread. It's great for when you do not know what to kill. You'll gain some additional total levels. I don't think I want to tell you about the slayer creatures that you could kill. If you don't like the idea of being told exactly what to kill (that I doubt you do not, cause your question is like slayer, cept no slayer exp.) , you could always try monkey guards if you have started monkey madness. There's a change right next to them, so it is perfect if you enjoy using dharoks. The RS gold alter also means that you may utilize stat boosting prayers, and that means you are going to be able to gain exp in a faster rate.
The zombie monkies right downstairs of these guards are very good, too. Don't forget your salve ammy (cause they're undead), and a couple of additional prayer potions incase you can't get through the defenses in the time to recharge in the alter. Bandits are always another choice, simply need to wear a god thing so that they wont stop assaulting you. Also a good idea to attract guthans, or a few bunyips so that you are able to extend your stay. Only have to have done Defenders of Varrock. Go through the trap door in the chaos temple at the wild. Since they are undead, it's a fantastic idea to bring a salve ammy (e) to find a 20% attack and strength incentive. Good place for bones to peaches, also, since they drop bones and they are tons of bone respawns only at the temple. It's also likely to use prayer here, and also their drops often repay the potions easily.

I need about 1.5 mil and I was wondering which method would be quickest to get me 1,500k. My current smithing lvl is 68. The methods I have come up with are Purchase 1000 Nature Runes (-219k). Gain of 416,000 a 1k steel pubs Or Buy 1000 Nature Runes (-219k). Profit of 741,800 per 1k ores done at a 3:2 ratio (Mith/Iron) My question is which approach is faster? The first strategy is faster to cheap OSRS gold mine, however I'd have to do it more frequently. Second method will get me close to 69 smithing though. In case you've got a better method please allow me to know.
