I don't think in substantial shift from PvM into skilling, unless the entire gameplay has been redesigned to cheap RuneScape gold
something more engaging than a"click onto a tree once a ten minutes".
Really wasn't around here then, but I get impression back in a day RS
below Gowers was shaping up to become more towards adventure game (as
opposed to cookie clicker grinder or skill requiring arpg with endgame
pvm), and that is the direction I wish it required if we're talking on
the theme of"what should RS took unconventional path".
People
really got into the efficiency aspect during 2011-2012. I believe it was
worst when dungeoneering came out, race for then and 99/120 200m
actually put everybody into a mindset that is racing. Then people began
grinding effigies for runecrafting and all the other bullshit that was
supposed to maximize and perfect methods. Waterfall quest rushed to
immediately get a head start, when OSRS came out, instead of everybody
just killing cows or goblins. I remember the requirement for being
effective plaguing me aswell, kill goblins and I wanted to simply jump
on, but I felt like I would waste 2 hours lvling from 1-30 if I could
perform waterfall and get exactly the same outcome. Subsequently AHK
tick manipulation really took the fun from RuneScape.
This
reminds me when I got back to OSRS and I completely forgot a lot about
RuneScape and went to go kill cows, etc and it was only when I was like
25 att/str that I even realized that waterfall quest was something and
once I did this and looked into effective approaches it was difficult to
revert back.If tick manipulation and efficacy required the pleasure out
of it for you, that is on you not the other players tbh. I find part of
the fun is trying to hit max exp prices, other times I wish to boss
with buddies or ge stand for a few hours. Play how you want!
You
only have to be bad like me and perform as a semi iron man. As I can't
justify purchasing those from the 25, I'm farming my cocunuts and jumps
to safeguard my magical and mahogany trees. I made my own planks to
decrease of maxing my home the price. I leveling by performing any and
my everyday battle staves that I get from skeletal Wyvren drops crafting
and my air orbs'm charging in the drops that are uncharged. This and I
disagree heartily. Most matches RS, have more enjoyable content of
development. I already played RS for 6 years as a kid; why would I
want to squander MORE hours at OSRS fighting goblins, replaying content
I had played dozens of times, rather than making meaningful progress to
things I haven't played before? I have an Ironman when I ever want to
do that. Also, there's a lot of debate and fun to be had about optimal
gameplay and development. Really intriguing video and notion IMO.That
simply sounds like you understood logging on to kill goblins for 2 hours
from 1-30 was dumb and not enjoyable. Congratulations on becoming a bit
brighter and runescape gold 2007 recognizing that time is valuable even.
