Veteran Nollywood actress Kate Henshaw, shares some
motivational think piece for her followers and the general public. She advised
fans and followers to worry less about other people’s opinions about them and

According to her, it is of no use seeking validation from
people and waiting on their permission to live your life. The focus should be
on one’s journey she added. This is a direct message to Nigerians who rather
aim to please and want to hinge their progress on the backs of others.
She asserts that its a matter of necessity to stay rooted on
the journey, no comparison whatsoever. The message resonates especially because
of this day and age we are in. The digital pressure to keep up and show off.
More people are living faux lives and by all means necessary, want to appear a
certain way.
The fitness junkie also reiterated that the advice has been
