LCD Refurbish Machines Maintenance Tips
 

The machine equipment in the frequent use in your LCD refurbish process work, there will be wear and tear, dust, dirt, which is disadvantageous for the machine; therefore, there are some maintenance tips for your reference. LCD Glue remove machine

TBK-958: Semi-automatic Separate Machine

1. Put lube on sliding rail each 15 days.

2. Put rust-inhibitor on the Micrometer, Reel rod and V-bearing each week.

3. Often check the screws on machine and tightly it.

4. Clean the machine and turn off the power and unplug the power cord before you go off duty every day.

TBK-218: Glue Remover Machine

1. Put lube on that 4 parts marked.

2. Often check the screws on machine and tightly it.

3. Clean the machine and turn off the power and unplug the power cord before you go off duty every day.

 TBK-318: 2in1 Glue Remover and Separate Machine

1. Put lube on that 7 parts marked.

2. Put rust-inhibitor on the micrometer every week.

3. Often check the screws on machine and tightly it.

4. Clean the machine and turn off the power and unplug the power cord before you go off duty every day.

 TBK-765: Film Laminate Machine

1. Keep clean on both bottom and up plate.

2. Put lube on the guide rod of the bottom plate every week.

3. Put butter on rotation shaft of up plate each 15 days.

4. Put lube on the both end sides of silicone roller each 15 days.

5. Often check the screws on machine and tightly it.

6. Clean the machine and turn off the power and unplug the power cord before you go off duty every day.

TBK-308: Vacuum Laminate and Bubble Remover Machine

1. Add butter on the screws to keep its lubrication, can add it each 15 days.

2. Must make machine exhaust let the air comes out before you go off duty every day. Click the exhaust button on touch screen is ok.

3. Make sure machine in clean condition. No dust, no debris on the machine panel

4. Turn off the power and unplug the power cord before you go off duty every day.

TBK-508: Vacuum Laminate and Bubble Remover Machine

There are two parts on TBK508 machine, one is laminating and the other is bubble removing.

Laminating Part:

1. Ensure there is clean and no debris on laminating plane, clean it every day.

2. Keep dry and clean for laminate part, and close the door after take out of the screen.

3. Should add oil on the door hinge each 15 days

 Bubble Removing Part:

1. Clean the bubble remover cylinder and the cover every day.

2. Keep dry inside the cylinder and cover.

Clean the machine and turn off the power and unplug the power cord before you go off duty every day.

TBK-608: Vacuum Laminate and Bubble Remover Machine

1. Put lube on Sliding rail, Linear Bearings and Guide rod on this machine every week.

2. Drain away water for the filter on the back of machine every day.

3. Keep the laminate plate clean.

4. Often check the screws on machine and tightly it.

5. Clean the machine and turn off the power and unplug the power cord before you go off duty every day.

 TBK-708: Vacuum Laminate and Bubble Remover Machine

1. Put lube on Sliding Rail, Linear Bearings and Guide Rod on this machine every week.

2. Drain away water for the filter on the back of machine every day.

3. Keep the laminate plate clean.

4. Clean the autoclave and the autoclave cover and make it keep dry before you go off duty.

5. Often check the screws on machine and tightly it.

6. Clean the machine and turn off the power and unplug the power cord before you go off duty every day.

TBK-558: Frame Laminate Machine

1. Often check and fixed that two holder bars strips on the machine, there are two screws on each bar, tight it often and ensure the bar fixed stable.

2. Put the plate with moulds on the middle of machine after finish work.

3. The guide rod and linear bearings of the mechanical part should be keep lubrication, put lube on each part every week.

4. To exhaust the air before you go off duty every day, unscrew the switch on the back of machine to exhaust the air, and after air comes out, please tight that switch again. LCD refurbishing materials
