Proprietor Lee Schraner has over 11 years of accounting and bookkeeping experience. He has worked in many fields of financial services, including insolvency, taxation, financial reporting and bookkeeping.

Lee holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree with a Masters in Commercial Law. He is a Licensed BAS Agent with the Tax Practitioners Board, a voting member of the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers and a member of the Australian Bookkeepers Network.

Reconciliations

We can provide your business with reconciliations of accounts including; bank accounts, credit cards, clearing accounts, payroll, GST and PAYG obligations. If instructed, we can provide data entry services on all MYOB products, with our speciality being MYOB AccountRight Live. We can also attend your office and help with any issues you are having with bookkeeping requirements. Our hourly rate for reconciliations starts at $45 plus GST.

Financial Reporting

Our services can assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports which can be provided to your accountant for income tax purposes. Even if you do not use a computerised accounting system, we are able to assess all your receipts, payments and manual data entry to prepare summary reports. We also offer GST and BAS services for small businesses and sole traders.

End of Year Reviews

As licensed bookkeepers, we are able to provide your accountant with an end of year review, prior to lodging your tax return. As bookkeepers, our charge rates are much lower than accountants and therefore the cost of managing your tax affairs could be substantially lower. We reconcile all your accounts for the financial year and provide an accountant with a detailed summary report that can be plugged straight into your tax return. End of Year Reviews are streamlined if you use a computerised accounting program, in particular MYOB AccountRight Live.

Budgeting

Are you required to complete budgets but do not know where to start? Our services will help you to budget for the upcoming year, with specialised spreadsheets and templates available.
