1. LCD separation: it takes about 10-30 seconds to separate one screen;

 2. Removing glue: it takes about 1-2 minutes to remove the glue and clean it very well for one screen;

 3. Laminating OCA and Polarizer Film: it takes about 1 minute to finish one screen. LCD refurbishing machines

 4. Vacuum laminating the new glass: you can put 3pcs screens in the machine and laminating them at one time, it takes about 15-20 seconds for the whole process from you put them in and take them out;

 5. Bubble removing: you can put 60pcs screens in the autoclave, it totally takes 20 minutes to finish the whole process from you put them in and take them out(15 minutes for machine working and 5 minutes for operating machine and put screens);

 6. Laminating the frame for iphone: it takes about 15-20 seconds to finish one screen.

If all of the 5 people cooperate well, they may finish about 500 - 800pcs screens at least for 8 hours work. If they all good at the work, they may finish more than 800pcs screens one day.

 The glue removing step may takes more minutes, if possible, you can arrange one more people in this step, then your work efficiency will be improved much.
