I have a friend that lives in a small town near Marseilles and for the past week he had been moaning that the politicians are out to make his days of smoking e cigarettes a thing of the past. Yesterday morning he even called me saying he was going to migrate to the US just so he could vape for a few more days until the FDA unleashes their own regulations, luckily for Pierre it seems that the European politicians had far bigger fish to fry.  And with most US e cig brands such as Blu Cigs already operating in Europe, I figured that once he enjoyed them he would be OK. I had introduced him to vaping when he came over one summer to visit and after that he was hooked and when he discovered that he could also get the same electronic cigarette brand in France he was in 9^th heaven.

Lately there had been reports that there are going to be regulations that will make it hard for the e cigarette manufacturer to release new flavors, nicotine levels as they would now be regulated by the same standards as medicines. This would mean that the regular rate at which we were all used to getting new products and new innovations from vapor cigarette manufacturers would be drastically cut as each and every level of innovation would have to be verified and approved before being passed for public use. Thus it would mean that product release would take forever.

For Pierre that was the last straw a fate worse than death and he started to complain that the whole European Union Parliament was out to deny him his God given right to vape. But now he is happy and he even called me early this morning extending his home should the FDA not take the hint from the EU and I decide to migrate so that I could continue to vape my Blu Cig..

Hmmm food for thought though, who knows?
