On the one hand regulators have raised a concern on electronic cigarette advertisements and on the other they have come up with advertisements comparing both the cigarettes. But it is fine because they have prepared it. Smokers must be aware with the advertisements prepared by smokeless cigarettes and tobacco cigarette makers in which they have attempted to endorse their products. But the regulators did not consider it enough and came up with a presentation. They worked hard and the purpose was to convince FDA.

FDA is a big agency which does an in depth analysis of any matter before reaching to any conclusion and regulators need to understand this. Thanks to hype which made electric cigarette advertisements so popular that not only FDA but even a non smoker knows that e cigarettes advertisements have been banned. Then, what’s the need of highlighting such worthless points and making presentation which has no purpose to fulfill.

Or, regulators are underestimating FDA? It could be one of the reasons which compel regulators to do homework for FDA. Whatever is the reason, one thing which is very clear is that this is nothing but another silly attempt by the regulators. Everyone knows that FDA is about to pronounce its verdict very soon on e cigs but then also lawmakers are leaving no stone unturned in highlighting the matter and making it very big.

We hope FDA would take into consideration many aspects of vapor cigarettes before pronouncing its verdict including the customer’s opinion.
