Not only for a gal but for everyone, burning calories is of
utmost importance to them. It is because everyone wants to look good and feel
great. It is not good for obese people but for all. As per my thinking, keeping
healthy by burning calories is a great step towards an ideal life. We should
maintain some exercise at a daily basis in order to remain healthy. I think it
should be like a routine as it is very beneficial to one.
Well, I sat down on my couch to read an article on burning
calories. It was a point based article. The points available in the article
were really easy such as dancing. Can u just think that dancing helps in
burning calories? Well, I was quite a good dancer during my college days and
even won many prizes. I think start dancing again. Anyways, there were many
