The storefront spot near South Charleston's mound features just a dozen
or so tables and very simple decor, but what the space lacks in
character it more than makes up for with fantastic food. The
restaurant's owners are from Kingston, so this, my friends, is the real
deal.
My wife and I popped in Saturday night for dinner and were incredibly
impressed with the food. The restaurant has a full menu of appetizers,
soups, sandwiches, side dishes and a variety of beef, chicken, pork,
goat, seafood and vegetarian dishes. From that full repertoire they
create a small lunch and larger dinner menu daily based on what's
fresh, so selections may vary from visit to visit.
