This is the view of Dr Wess Stafford, president of international child advocacy organisation Compassion International.
Dr Stafford, who was speaking Tuesday at the opening of the two-day 'Children at Risk Conference' at the Jamaica Pegasus in Kingston, said Jamaicans should force Government to live up to the commitments made to children.
