North America's premiere festival the award winning Irie Jamboree
welcomes Canada's Artist of the Year Humble to their 2009 lineup.
Making his name and music known internationally Humble stood out as a
"Must Have" for this years multi award winning festival stage.
Garnishing Canada's most prestigious award for the "Best Reggae
Recording", Humble holds the 2009 Juno along with his most recent award
presented at the 3rd Annual Reggae Music Achievement Awards. Recognized
as the "Artist of the Year" this proved to be a fitting title for
Humbles music and success.
Humble has performed on all the major festival stages in Canada
and looks forward to performing for all his loyal fans that support and
requested his presence in NYC. Proud to be chosen for this years 2009
lineup Humble will share the stage Labor Day Sunday with Sean Paul, Mr
Vegas, Chino, Assassin, Laden, Spice, Queen Ifrica, Tony Rebel, Freddy
McGregor, Bushman and many more still to be added.
Promoted by Irie Jam Radio/Media and Black Emperor Entertainment,
the event has grown beyond expectations pulling out a record 30,000
patrons in 2008.
Last year over 150 registered media entities from England, Japan,
Jamaica, Canada, the Caribbean and various states within the USA
covered the event.
