for the 2009 Eastern Caribbean Bodybuilding Championships taking place
in Trinidad & Tobago from May
29-31.
The team consists of two men and two women. Dale Leon will compete in
the Men’s Light Heavyweight category while Orville James faces the
opposition in the Men’s Middleweight category.
Female bodybuilder Monica Dudley, who already has regional titles, will
compete in the Women’s Open Class while Velda John represents St Lucia
in Body Fitness.
The team will be accompanied by President of the St Lucia Amateur
Bodybuilding Association (SLABA), Judith Beckles who will act as
