US Marshals say Tonya Brown, 35 and David Stewart, 34 were both members of the violent Jamaican based Drug Ring known as the “Shower Posse” and were wanted by the United States Marshals Service on federal arrest warrants. They were charged with Conspiracy to Possess with Intent to Distribute and Conspiracy to Distribute Cocaine and Cocaine Base, Crack.

The original arrest warrants were issued July 29, 2005 at the conclusion of a lengthy investigation by the Oneida County Drug Task Force and the FBI. Brown and Stewart fled the Utica area shortly before arrest warrants were executed.
