NEW YORK CITY, USA (CMC) - Women's Olympic 100 metres
champion Shelly-Ann Fraser and former men's 100m world record-holder
Asafa Powell have signed up to appear at the 2009 Reebok Grand Prix,
organisers announced yesterday.
Fraser was the first Jamaican woman to win an Olympic
gold medal in the 100m, when she bested compatriots Kerron Stewart and
Sherone Simpson at last year's Beijing Olympics.
