Police: Accused Sexual Abuser May Have More Victims

The victim's mother contacted the police last week and accused Kelly of ongoing sexual abuse against her daughter.The mother said Kelly befriended her after she moved to Florida from Jamaica in December 2007. She said Kelly lived nearby and offered to baby-sit.
"When he was babysitting, he would call the child into his bedroom where he locked the door and forced to her to have sex with him," SVU Detective Greg Guillette said. "He threatened her if she told anyone."
